Ebony Rose Dress

From the JK photos, I didn't realize this dress was sequins until I got it, but it's beautiful, just stunning, the sequins made it even better. Heavy in a good way. It was perfect for an anniversary night out to the ballet, I received so many compliments. I'm 5'10 and it came below the knee, almost mid-calf in the front and to the ankle in the back. It gave a good cleavage opportunity without looking tacky or classless. My only complaint is that I have big arms and ended up with chafing from the sequins under both arms where it mercilessly rubbed as I walked, especially on the side I use my cane.

This dress was a last minute decision for my nieces wedding. I’ve been losing weight so I decided to size up to my original size which was a 1 X and it was a bit too big on top so I took it to a seamstress and had her take it in just a bit on top and side. I was so nervous it would fit right. I was completely obsessed I put it on and it fit like a glove. I felt like a 1950’s glam actress or something. I must have had at least 50 compliments that night. Everyone was obsessed with this dress. I felt so beautiful 😍. If you’re thinking about this dress don’t!! Buy it!! It’s everything I dreamed and more!!
